Is there a parking near the hostel? Is it free?
In front of the hostel there are free parking spaces reserved for our guests.
Can I park my bike/motorbike safely?
Yes, we have closed private parking for bikes

Times of Check in-Out?
Check out 11 am. Check in 12 am. If you come before you can leave the baggage.
Can I leave my luggage before check in/after check out?
Yes, we have a luggage room and you can leave your luggage there for free.
Is the hostel in the city center?
Yes, 200 mts from the two main roads, 50 mts from train and bus stations, less than 10 mins walking from both Ortigia and Archaeological Area, halfway between the two main places of interest.
I have a debit card and I cannot book online. Why?
Our booking system does not accept debit cards. Only Visa and Mastercard
Can I book by phone?
Yes! Staff speak English. Call 0039-0931-465088 or free with skype.
Can I pay by credit / debit card in the hostel?
Yes, you can, Visa MC, Amex, but with an extra 2% (usually few cents)
Do you organize airport pick up?
Yes, but there are direct buses (AST or INTERBUS) from Catania Airport until 20.40. For pick up we need to know in advance. Please email us.
Is it possible to print documents?
Yes, it is.
Is the city safe?
It is one of the nicest and safest cities in Sicily. Never had any problem of security.
Is there a laundry? Ironing facilities?
Yes, laundry wash&dry and iron facilities
Are the beaches close to the hostel?
All beaches are all out of town. Best ones reachable in few mins by bus (departing from bus station 50 mts
from here).
Is breakfast included?
No, Breakfast is not included. We offer complimentary coffee and tea in the morning (self catering).
Linen and towels are included?
Yes, bed linen and towels are always included in the price.
Are there lockers in the dorms?
Of course, in each dorm, for free.
What is the fastest public transport to Syracuse from..:
CATANIA CENTER
Interbus or AST bus or train
All buses depart from bus station - stop in P.za Borsellino (near Duomo)

CATANIA AIRPORT
Interbus or AST bus

PALERMO
Interbus direct bus - 3 buses a day (3h15min)
Avoid the train (8 hours!)

No direct bus. Best way change in Catania Stn.
Sais Trasporti bus to Catania Stn., then change to Siracusa (see above)
Also by car it is faster to go via Caltanissetta-Catania to Siracusa.
